The mission of Agora 21 is to present the possibilities of training and practice with the excellence of responsibility and academic ethics; to enable people, business people and organizations to have the skills to meet current and future technological challenges with the latest educational tools available to achieve critical and independent thinking. Training:
As a set of actions aimed at preparing a person to successfully execute and develop a specific task, within the organization. The purpose of the training is to improve the present or future performance of a worker, giving them greater knowledge so that they can develop or acquire better skills or abilities to perform a position in the organization.
Practice:
As a short-term educational process, geared towards people who work in a position to develop skills and abilities, and also acquire skills and attitudes appropriate to the position of the organization.

- Focus activities in the fields of engineering, using an advanced educational environment, based on virtuality and distance mode to bring individuals closer and adapt to their schedule, work and time needs, allowing them to start or continue Their processes of permanent training in an effective and resource-efficient manner, even if they reside in areas far from the urban centers and / or for reasons of labor at fixed and / or rotating schedules restrict their personal development alternatives;

Agora21 will cover all the items in the area of Computer Science, among which we can mention Computing, Data Networks, Communications and Programming.
Within the mentioned items the following activities may be carried out:
- Assembly, distribution and delivery of educational content, either in the form of training and / or vocational training, consulting and computer consulting;
- Maintenance of hardware and software equipment;
- The purchase and sale of computer systems, supplies, spare parts, implements and components and their installation, as well as the creation and production of individual or serial software.
For the purposes indicated, Agora21 is authorized to import all kinds of products and inputs and to export educational contents, programs and finished equipment, being able to finally act both in the retail and wholesale trade, both nationally and internationally.

Higinio Facchini is an Electronics Engineer graduated from the Mendoza Regional Faculty of the National Technological University (Mendoza, Argentina), a Network Security Specialist graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science of the National University of La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and a Master in Data Networks from the Faculty of Computer Science of the National University of La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Santiago Perez is an Electronics Engineer graduated from the Mendoza Regional Faculty of the National Technological University (Mendoza, Argentina), a Master in Data Networks graduated from the Faculty of Informatics, of the National University of La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Doctor in Engineering, in Teleinformatics and Telecommunications, from the University of Mendoza (Mendoza, Argentina).
