Description
The course is oriented to give the basic knowledge of Java, the object-oriented programming language par excellence. It is intended that the student obtains a solid knowledge, writing the code by himself, on the programming oriented to object using Java.

What is Java. Differences between Object Oriented Programming and Procedural Programming. Postulates of the OOP. The Java Language. Data Types and Operators
Use of alternative or decision structures. Use of repetitive structures. Use of nested structures. Practical examples.
Classes and Objects. Attributes, Constructors and Methods. Access Qualifiers: public, private, protected and package. Inheritance and Polymorphism. Exercises.
Requirements and Conditions
12 weeks (3 months) with an estimated time of dedication for the student of 4-6 hours per week.
