Received the Engineering degree in Electronic in 1985, from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional – Facultad Regional Mendoza (Mendoza, Argentina), and the Magister degree in Data Networks in 2006, from Universidad Nacional de La Plata – Facultad de Informatica (Buenos Aires, Argentina). From 2016 he is a PhD in Engineering in Telematics and Telecommunications in the Universidad de Mendoza (Mendoza, Argentina).
Currently, he is the Director of CeReCoN (Research and development center in computing and neuroengineering) de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional de Argentina. It is categorized researcher in the UTN and the Ministry of Education of Argentina. His current research interest is applications in data network, traffic analysis and techniques to model using SPNs-HSANs.
He has participated in congresses and published in national and international journals with peer reviewed journals. He has publications of technical books.
He is university teacher of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has specialized in distance education using techniques of planning with instructional design, and the development of content mediated. His normal working platform is Moodle.
