Received the Engineering degree in Electronic in 1985, from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Regional Mendoza (Mendoza, Argentina), and the Especialist degree in Data Networking in 2011, from Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). From 2016 he is Magister in Data Networks from Universidad Nacional de La Plata – Facultad de Informatica (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Currently, he is the Area Director of Traffic Analysis and Security of Data Networks of the CeReCoN (Research and development center in computing and neuroengineering) de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional of Argentina. It is categorized researcher in the UTN and the Ministry of Education of Argentina. His current research interest is applications in data network, and traffic analysis of wired and wireless networks.
He has participated in congresses and published in national and international journals with peer reviewed journals. He has publications of technical books.
He is university teacher of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has specialized in distance education using techniques of planning with instructional design, and the development of content mediated. His normal working platform is Moodle.
